We understand that S3 Amazon and CloudFront are not so easy for everyone, and you may need some advice regarding conversion of video and audio too.
We indeed help you manage your S3 account in function of our extensions and we provide you with tutorials on video and audio conversion.
There are also forums for support questions and you are entitled to contact us one-to-one directly by email as well.
We may setup a one-to-one Skype call with you if there is a problem not covered in the manuals/forums, or if we feel it will be quicker to help you that way, but this is at our own discretion. When we have many support questions, we cannot possibly talk with everyone, otherwise we are happy to help you out.
We may, at our discretion, setup webinars at irregular intervals. The idea is to help our customers with specific topics regarding s3 Amazon and video/audio conversion. In that case, you will be notified by e-mail.
- We do not setup buckets or prepare configurations for you. The manuals contain detailed information and there are links to useful resources.
But we give advice and we may check your configuration whether to see it is set up properly but if you want us to setup and manage your buckets, we have a AWS setup service with publishing up to 10 videos on your site, hands free.
- Support is limited to one year, unless you renew the subscription.
- Support is exclusive, in other words,if you are not in our customer database, we do not respond to support questions. You need to be logged in to get access to the manuals and tutorials.
We speak/write English, French and Dutch.
Customizations or extended support:
It is possible to customize an extension for you. Or give support beyond the use of the extension(s).
We charge 70.00 euros for the first hour and 60.00 euros for the hours thereafter.
We will only give a quote upfront for commissions estimated higher then 250.00 euros.
For Europe, all pricing is exclusive local VAT rate. Holders of a valid VAT number are excempt of VAT, except in Belgium.
